Raj came out to check my A/C spring checkup and did an excellent job. I highly recommend HousePro for ypur A/C and heating. TL;DR: Quality Professional Technicians. You can trust them to do a good job.Scheduling: I submitted a request for service on the website Sunday (as a nobody) and got a callback from the owner at 9am. By 9:15, I was on their 11am docket, and the technician arrived 30 mins early, with a 20 minute heads up. Clearly a well-oiled machine.Service: technician was prompt, professional, communicated well, and flawlessly demonstrated mastery of his subject matter. I quizzed him on a few relevant topics for fun and he passed every question with flying colors. Smart fella.Here is a list of things I observed him performing during a "checkup"- checked control system connections and for loose wires- checked control board configuration settings and operation- checked furnace and evap conditions, return air quality- verified all zone damper operations and evap temperature drop- closed up all service perforations in my ducting with foil tape- checked and estimated start/run caps' /electrical quality/ using actual measurements, highlighted which capacitor might be the first to fail- cleaned condenser coils- added freon as needed to top up the system (using design tables, wet bulb temperature, and pressures until the compressor ideal operating conditions were met, not just eyeballin' it)You rock, thanks for the great service!

We've used Housepro for several years for regular maintenance and service to our home AC units. The technicians have always shown up on time and have always been polite, courteous and clean up after their work. They take the time to explain the results of their inspections and reasoning behind any recommended work. We'll continue to use them and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.Updating my review 6/19/19 as we had some issues with our A/C cooling. Ron showed up just a couple hours after we called and reported the problem. He was very thorough diagnosing the cause and was able to make the repairs immediately. I had my HVAC system replaced a few years ago and opted to use HousePro after interviewing several companies. I was impressed with this company because the person who came to my home performed an energy audit and asked me many questions about my energy use as well as my plans for future residence at this place, explaining that recommendations would be different depending upon how long I intended to stay there. No one else did that. Various price options were explained with pros and cons of each described in detail. HousePro technicians now come twice a year to check the systems and have always been on time and very professional. Today Hasan D. came for the summer AC check, his second visit here, I believe, and explained what he would do before commencing. He was very polite, efficient and answered several questions I asked after performing the routine check. I continue to be pleased with the HVAC system and HousePro service and can report that my energy bills were definitely lowered after the new system and additional recommended attic insulation were installed.

I have been House Pro customer for the last two year. i have had issues with my new installation, but when Raj came out to my house all the issues were resolved. I had an issue with my AC last year and I called a technicain, before knowing House pro. He saied I nedd to replace the coil it costs 800 dollar because there is a "leak", I did not do it as it was late summer. This year I decided to go with House Pro, they send me their Technicain Raj, he is good specialist and informative, I told him what I had, he inspected it and confirmed to me there is no leak and no need to replace anything only thing is to do maintaince to the system, and clean it.He did all that with silver package, 12 dollar monthly thats include spring AC inspection and Fall Furnace saftey Inspection and more you may need to check before pay each job separately.

I've used House Pro for multiple years and have always been happy with my service. They replaced my air conditioner a few years ago and I noticed a big difference in how my home felt. They were even able to fix an airflow issue in one of the bedrooms. Since then I've been on their maintenance plan. They come out twice a year to clean my system and check to see if there are any issues. The technicians are always pleasant and professional. I don’t usually post reviews but I need to give credit to this company. House pro is an excellent company. They provided for us a lot of services including replacing of the air conditioning, replacing the AC ducts and furnaces. The experience was great, we never had any issues, they were timely and very professional. The owner Murray Kaiman came personally to inspect the work and the experience had been nothing but great and positive. The technician, Hassan who provides the yearly inspection is very good. We highly recommend this company, you will never have any problems with your AC if you use them!

I do not normally post reviews online, but my experience with HousePro was so stellar that I felt the need to share. Returning from a Labor Day trip, my wife and I came home to our 1920s Heights bungalow that was 87F inside - with a 8-month pregnant wife and a 90 lb dog...no fun at all. I quickly called another AC company who said they could have someone out first thing in the morning. The tech showed up, gave us a $500 quote to fix a condenser fan motor that he himself replaced 2 years ago, then gave us an unsolicited bid to replace the 15-year old AC system. When asking the tech about the decision to fix or replace, he really provided no input other than a quote, packed his things, and left. Enter HousePro. I had a recommendation from a friend-of-a-friend and decided to give them a try. I called HousePro and asked for someone to come out ASAP to provide a replacement quote. They were able to send out Murray Kaiman within 30 minutes of my call. This is a review for Murray as much as it is HousePro overall... Murray was top notch. He was at our house for almost an hour and a half, asking questions to understand our needs, our leaky old house, and find a solution that fit our budget. Murray was focused on improving our overall home HVAC efficiency, not just replacing our AC. With his suggested improvements, he was able to downsize us from a 3.5 ton unit to a 3.0 ton. Murray's quote was almost $2000 under my other bid, and thus we were able to accomplish numerous other upgrades within our budget (ducting work in the attic, in-line HEPA filter for our newborn baby, and 2x additional return vents to improve system efficiency and noise). I am a mechanical engineer by background, and I can say wholeheartedly that Murray knows his stuff - it's obvious he's got a lot of education and experience with home energy efficiency. To call him a technician or salesman would be a slap in the face... he truly is The HousePro. Murray met the 2-person crew the next day at 9am at our house to walk them through the job. The two guys were excellent (Carlos and Alan), and they completed the job by 8pm (on a Friday!). They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and we had a cool house to fall asleep in on the same night. If you're reading this review, it's obvious you're the type of person that likes to research things before taking the plunge. Save yourself some time and give HousePro a call. You'll be glad you did.

HousePro installed our system almost 10 years ago. They sized it correctly, not the over-sized estimates I received from competitors. They have serviced the system twice every year, keeping it running perfectly. Their installers were efficient, neat and polite. Their service reps are responsive. Any minor concerns have been addressed that day as was the case today when Ron arrived a couple of hours after I called in. Minor matter addressed in minutes.

My furnace went out so got 3 estimates. House Pro mentioned the reason for the higher noise level when blower came on was because of my return air vent needed a secondary vent for quieter operation. None of the other AC people mentioned that so picked them. Was amazed at the sound reduction after they finished so this is why I picked them.

Of course both of our AC units decided to die on the same day in the middle of the summer a year after moving into our house. Luckily, after talking with many different companies, Murray with HousePro fixed my problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and went over how my house was cooled with the location of the vents and units. He helped me pick out the perfect type of equipment needed for my particular house that would not only save us money but keep us cooler during the hot summer. He was able to schedule us the next day, and his installation crew did the rest. They were quick and efficient with the install and within the day, I had two brand new units installed and cooling my house down. I highly recommend this company and Murray for your AC troubles.

They were by far the best HVAC company of the four that I evaluated for a full home A/C system replacement.You know how you usually get the feeling like you’re getting ripped off by these sales guys? You will not get that feeling with HousePro. They are very direct, professional, and will not waste your time or their own trying to squeeze additional money out of you. They charge fair market prices for all their products and services, and guarantee any work they do. Murray, owner of HousePro, came over to my house to give me an estimate. He walked me through the entire system, showing me inefficiencies and other issues with the existing HVAC setup, which was original from the home builder 12 years ago. After doing the system walk through, we sat down in my dining room together and discussed my options. He was by far the most thorough in his explanations of any of the companies I talked to, even going so far as to do some back of the envelope calculations right then and there to ensure that a 4 ton unit was sufficient. Other companies had told me I needed a 5 ton unit, which would have been more expensive and less energy efficient. I trusted these guys so much that I actually had them perform the job while I was on a day trip out of town. The job took longer than expected since it involved a lot of re-ducting, so we had to schedule a follow-up visit. They came back and finished the job the following week. I noticed that the cooling wasn’t quite even throughout the upstairs, so I called them and they came back to make some tweak. Their technician, Raj, is fantastic. He stays in communication with the customer, shows up on time, and makes sure the issue is fixed before he leaves. He is extremely thorough in his evaluation, diagnosis and resolution of issues, and takes the time to explain to the customer what the problem is and what he's doing to fix it. He is very professional and friendly. I don't typically post reviews, but my recent experience with House Pro was exceptional and worth sharing. I have been with House Pro for service for 15 years and have been satisfied with their service. Last week, our A/C went out and House Pro sent a tech late in the evening to evaluate it. We were faced with making a decision on whether or not to sink $ into an old system or replace it. I sought options and bids from 3 companies and received proposals that ranged from a $2k fix to a $23k new system. The proposals were literally all over the board including moving from a single 5-ton unit to two 4-ton units to achieve better zoning. Murray from HP took the most time with me to evaluate options. He even helped me evaluate competing options. His evaluation included room by room measurements for a load balancing computer program to confirm required tonnage, which quickly ruled out the need for a second unit. In the end, we went with HP for a single 5-ton variable speed system and their bid was $4k better than the next closest one. They were in and out in one day and the system is functioning as advertised. The next day we discovered a small problem with a vent pipe and Murray dispatched a crew within an hour of my call to fix it. We are very satisfied and would recommend House Pro to others.

Hasan was our technician today 9/22/17, and was called out due to an error message on the thermostat....he did a thorough search to make sure there were no disturbances within the unit. Professional Company and Employees I bought my new unit in February 2015 from Mike Gallvan. In fact, he is the reason I went with this company. He was very professional and not pushy . Since the purchase they have come out for the winter and summer inspections. I must admit every employee has been very professional and even cleans up any mess they have caused. My last tech was Brian and he was most informative about renewing my maintenance agreement. I would recommend this company if you are in need of a new A/C and Heating Unit.

WOW! Seriously. What a great experience. Where to start....I bought a house a year ago and the AC started getting kinda lukewarm. I called my warranty company and they referred me to HousePro. From start to finish, they did the most amazing job. The tech came out to troubleshoot it, and told me point blank that he could bandaid this or he could get his engineer out here to completely redesign my AC. I opted to throw some money into it and boy am I really glad. The engineer that came out was the actually the owner of the company, Murray!!! He was able to fit what I wanted into my budget, work with my home warranty to get some $$ from them, and redesign my whole system. The techs came out THE VERY NEXT MORNING to install my new AC. They were fast, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Murray came a few days later to check everything and make sure it was working. He was AMAZING. The AC is everything I want too. Great quality products and I can really tell the difference in my house. All of this with a knowledgeable staff and a great price! Please, look past these bad reviews, i have NO idea what these guys are talking about because Murray and HousePro was single-handedly the best house repair experience I have ever had.

I had Eric come by today and look at the AC. I have been without AC---in Houston TX----for over four days. I had two other companies come by and look at my unit. Both of those companies told me it was a dead unit and I would have to buy new. Eric shows up today and within a matter of moments, sees the issue and gets it fixed within a matter of 10 minutes!! The installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. There was a little issue with the 3rd party sheet rocker and painter, but House Pro handled it like a pro and corrected the situation.
