Our Energy Smart Club offers four carefully designed membership levels, each crafted to address different needs and priorities for maintaining your HVAC system. Whether you’re looking for basic upkeep or premium, long-term care, each plan provides valuable services that improve energy efficiency, enhance reliability and extend the life of your equipment.

1. Bronze Plan

The Bronze Plan is an excellent starting point for homeowners who want to ensure their HVAC system operates safely and efficiently. This level focuses on the essentials, providing routine checks that help identify and prevent common issues. Here are the benefits you’ll get when you choose this option:

• Spring AC inspection
• Furnace safety inspection
• Carbon monoxide testing

You can become a bronze member for just $9.95 a month! Plus, you can add another system for an additional $6.95 each month.

2. Silver Plan

The Silver Plan builds on the foundation of the Bronze Plan by introducing advanced maintenance services that target key components of your HVAC system.

This level is designed to enhance system performance and efficiency, helping you avoid costly repairs and improve your home’s energy savings. It includes everything the Bronze Plan does with the addition of:

• Condenser coil water wash
• Service and treat drain lines
• Clean burners and flame sensor

You can get these benefits by becoming a Silver Plan member for $19.95 a month — and it’s only an additional $14.95 a month if you want to add a second system to your coverage.

3. Gold Plan

The Gold Plan provides even more comprehensive care, focusing on cleanliness and optimization for peak performance.

In addition to the detailed maintenance services included in the Bronze and Silver Plans, this level adds the following perks:

• Sanitize evaporator coil
• Install inspection panel

If you’d like to become a Gold plan member, you can for a payment of $29.95 per month! An additional system under this plan would add $22.95 to your monthly total.

4. Platinum Plan

The Platinum Plan is our most comprehensive option, offering an unparalleled level of care for your HVAC system. This plan is ideal for homeowners who want to protect their investment with long-term maintenance benefits that go beyond routine inspections and cleaning.

With intensive services designed to restore and maintain your system’s efficiency, the Platinum Plan ensures your comfort year after year. It includes everything the previous plans did with the addition of these 3-year maintenance benefits:

• Blower wheel cleaning
• Major chemical cleaning of condenser
• Major chemical cleaning of evaporator

That’s not all though! You’ll also become eligible for 5-year maintenance coverage of the following:

• Capacitors
• Contactor
• Start Kit
• Surge Protector

This plan starts at $49.95 a month, and to add another system, this price would increase by an additional $40.95.
